Founder of Vyron Systems · Mechanical Engineer

I am a mechanical engineer, systems builder, and professional problem solver, and I spent years inside the HVAC industry before I started building AI systems for it.

I started Vyron because I believe most business problems can be understood, organized, and solved. The solution may involve AI, automation, software, or simply a better way of working.

Where It Started

A process that worked, but took far too long.

While working in the HVAC industry, I saw how much time was spent manually entering information into Excel before an offer could be prepared.

People had to read the documents, find the right information, enter the data, check the numbers, and prepare the final calculation. Depending on the project, the process could take one or two weeks.

The process worked. It was simply too slow and too dependent on repetitive manual work.

That made me ask a simple question:

Could I build a system that does most of this work automatically?

Answering that question became the largest AI system I have built in this field so far, and the starting point for Vyron Systems.

Background

Engineering, business, and technology.

My background combines mechanical engineering, HVAC, project management, business operations, and digital systems.

I have worked on multimillion-euro HVAC projects involving hotels, hospitals, and schools. That experience taught me how technical projects operate in the real world, how information moves between people, and where poor organization creates delays and unnecessary work.

My experience also includes:

  • HVAC project management
  • mechanical engineering and technical operations
  • business decision-making
  • marketing and performance tracking
  • data collection and organization
  • working with European and American clients
  • building websites and digital systems
  • developing with AI
  • creating automations for an HVAC company
  • building an AI estimating system for HVAC

This combination helps me understand both the technical problem and the business behind it. When we build a sales system for your HVAC company, it is built by someone who knows what a service call is worth and how your work actually flows.

Built Around the Problem

The solution should fit the business.

I think many technology companies make the same mistake. They start with a product and try to push it into a business that needs something different.

I prefer custom builds.

The right solution may be an automation, a new internal tool, better organization, connected systems, or a completely different approach. The technology should be selected after the problem is understood.

That is why Vyron starts with the way your company actually works, not with a template.

Practical Value

Solving the problem is not enough.

A successful solution must solve the problem and justify its cost.

It does not make sense to spend more on automation than the problem is costing the company. Technology should save time, reduce mistakes, create control, or provide another clear business benefit.

I would rather tell a client not to build something than push them into buying a system that does not make financial sense.

Sometimes the correct answer is automation.

Sometimes the correct answer is a smaller change.

Sometimes the problem is better left unsolved for now.

Honest advice is part of the work.

Where We Are Going

Building systems that give people their time back.

People should not spend their working lives repeating tasks that a well-built system could handle. Better systems give people more time for decisions, relationships, and work that actually requires them.

For an HVAC company, that means the phones answered, the follow-ups sent, and the calendar filled, without anyone in your office having to chase it all by hand.

That is what I want Vyron to build.
